Recharge rewards its loyal customers with shells. With every purchase, you can use them as a discount and buy products at even better prices. The current exchange rate for shells is 1 shell = 1 EURO. In the future, despite the growing flood of cryptocurrencies, we do not expect exchange rate fluctuations.
How do I get them?
With each purchase, all customers registered in the Recharge list of loyal customers receive shells in the amount of 10% of the purchase value. You get shells for every purchase, even if the product is on sale or on sale. In addition, shells can be obtained in many other ways (see below). How can I use them? You can use the shellfish you have acquired as a discount on your next purchase in the Recharge online store. You get a € 1 discount for each of your shells. The maximum amount of the discount for an individual product is limited to 15% for products in regular sales. You can also claim (or use) the shells discount for those promotional products that are reduced by less than 15% in the promotion or sale, but you can use a maximum of as many shells as possible, so that the final discount is 15% of the uncut price. It is not possible to claim a shells discount when purchasing Recharge gift certificates. For the purchase of Recharge gift certificates, the customer does not receive shells.
Validity of shells?
Shells can be used for up to 6 months after the last purchase. Each purchase during this period extends their validity for a further 6 months. If you do not make a purchase during this period, you lose the shells and start collecting from the beginning. How many shells do I have? You can always check the number and validity of your shells by logging in with your username and password on the page where you will also see the price with a discount on shells for each product. Shells are not transferable, nor payable in any other way than described. If the order is sent after collection, the shells are added when the payment arrives on the company's current account. The shells are valid for 6 months from the last purchase. After this date, the value of the shells is lost.

Reviews
Loyal customers are occasionally invited to write a review of our products they use. Reviews are published on our website in addition to the product description. Each product rating is rewarded with 2 shells.
Gift when subscribing to the news
About once a week, we send you an email informing you of our promotions and benefits. After the first purchase and subscribing to our electronic newsletter, we give you 5 shells as a gift and help you with purchases.
